Ummm.. Hi!

Busy Busy Busy. That's me.

I'm typing this up as I sit here and eat a baked potato for lunch. Note to Sara: I have perfected it - 1 Baked Potato in the microwave for TEN minutes, remove, foil for 15. I guess you nuke em for 20 when it's two potatoes.

Anywho, I don't quite remember what you have been filed in on and what you have not.
Midterms are over and I am glad. I did pretty good on my Speech test, my Informative speech sucked (but somehow I got an 88%), and overall I survived. I sent my new doll head to Canada. Then on Wednesday I sat through 3 classes in a row. Ouch. I went to my speech class at 8am, then I sat in on a portfolio class at 11am, and then history at 2pm. Needless to say I was very tired that day.

Thursday Ryan and I left for Orlando around noon. It was a decent drive. We made it to Orlando and searched around International Drive for a hotel. We stayed somewhere sort of ghetto but not as bad as where we were originally going to stay and it was only $70 for the night. Then we went to Downtown Disney and to the concert. It was a lot of fun and each band was good. The concert started around 6:30 which is early to me and we got out around 10:30pm. A total of 4 bands played and I really didn't know anything about the other bands except for Panic. Either way, it was fun and then Ryan and I went to Perkins at midnight. After that we went back to the hotel and went to bed. The next day we checked out and went to Bahama Breeze and then drove back to Savannah. It was disappointing only being in Orlando for such a short time but we had to get back because Ryan's mom was in town.

So Friday we met up with Ryan's mom around 7ish and went to Forsythe to see Jaws. First we went to Parkers to get some food and made a mock picnic. It was pretty fun. Then Saturday we got up early and went to Forsythe again for the Sidewalk Arts Fest. Ryan and I got a square in the Alumni section and it was sooooooo nice. We had a lot of space and no one was really next to us. So you know about Murphy's law? Well, after we had been working for about an hour or two it started to rain. Yup. It rained heavily for about 30 min and then stopped but that was just enough to completely wash away our work and leave the puddles everywhere. So, that was lame. Ryan and I were and still are very disappointed because we were excited about how our square was coming along. So we came home and relaxed most of the afternoon and watched Juno. Then later we went with Ryan's mom to Uncle Bubba's and it was REALLY good.

Sunday we took Ryan's mom to Tybee and spent the afternoon at the beach. It was a beautiful day. A group of windboarders or whatever they are were there with these giant kite things and were surfing up and down the beach and we kept marveling at how they managed to surf around all the people AND not kill anyone with the strings from their kites. It was fun. Then we took Ryan's mom back to her hotel and we all walked over to City Market and ate at Buffalo Wild Wings. Ryan's mom gave me a card and some money for graduation (which is cool) and then we called it a night. Other than that I've just been balancing doing nothing and getting enough done to look like I'm working, LoL.

OH, next time I post I'll have to fill you in on our stupid neighbor lady and how she wants to kill Bossy and Tiger Kitties - but it must wait because I have to get ready for class.

This is the Escher piece we were using for our square.
We were only doing the top half.

Here's how it looked at the time it started raining.

I don't know why I put a picture of myself here...

Warren is soooooooo cute and he looks like a girl!
